Carmine’s ‘Q Sauce is the brainchild of a young 10-year-old and his love of barbecue; wanting to make his entrepreneurial debut in the food industry. And what a ride it has been; 5-years later, Carmine, who’s now 15, is constantly still thinking up new and exciting flavours! (he’s a chip off the Ol’ Butcher’s Block)

All of Carmine’s BBQ sauces are made in small batches, they are Gluten Free & 100% Vegan and are made with quality 100% Canadian local ingredients. Get ready for an explosion of impeccable flavours on all of your gourmet creations.

Coined by his colleagues as the “Teentrepreneur”, the now 15-year-old Carmine is still going strong with his “Saucy Ideas” with a total of six amazing flavours to date.

…and by the way; second to BBQ and a good sauce, Carmine loves hockey.  He is an avid hockey player; he’s Assistant Captain, he plays center and is an all-around valuable member of the Double-A hockey team “Burlington BullDogs”.
